Terms and Conditions for Sample purchase
Terms and Conditions: This policy applies to all sample gowns purchased in store.
2. Once you have paid in full for your sample gown, you own the dress and a contract has come in to existence between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
3. Condition of the dress:
a) At the time of purchase of an ex-sample gown, we will advise of all known faults with the dress. However, it is your responsibility to inspect your dress before purchase to ensure that you are happy with its condition as it is likely to have been subject to wear and tear. Once you have taken your dress home, any faults subsequently identified by you will not render the contract void. By signing you are confirming that you are happy with the condition of the dress.
b) Sample dresses will have been tried on by other prospective customers and may have marks on them. Sample gowns are priced competitively due to such wear and tear.
c) It is your responsibility to have it cleaned prior to wear if required.
d) It is your responsibility to pay for any repairs necessary to the dress.
4. Bridal gowns can usually be let out by approx 1 dress size/1-1.15 inches and altered down by around 2 dress sizes, wholly dependant on the cut of the gown. You must therefore ensure that you are happy that the gown is close to fitting you at the time of purchase. You confirm that you are happy with the sizing of the dress prior to purchase.
5. Once you have entered into a contract with us, you cannot cancel the purchase of your gown, regardless of whether you change your mind and/or no longer require your item. Your gown cannot be exchanged for another dress. All sales are final.
6. Alterations costs are excluded and we do not offer these in-house. We can provide you with names of bridal seamstress recommendations. However, we shall not be responsible for any services provided by such a 3rd party.
